Aquatic Considerations webinar with Union County Wildlife Chapter

Union County Wildlife Chapter (Monroe)

Join the chapter for an exploration of wildlife management issues as seen through an aquatic lens with CC King, Regional Outreach Specialist for the NC Wildlife Resources Commission (NCWRC), including a discussion of contemporary concerns for Piedmont freshwater habitat.

CC King trained in Environmental Education at Teton Science Schools’ Master’s level Professional Residency in Environmental Education. She returned home to NC to found Screech Owl Farm School and work as a contract curriculum consultant before accepting her current position with NCWRC in 2007. She holds an MA in Geography, from UNC Chapel Hill, with an undergraduate double major in Literature and Drama with a concentration in Geology from Franklin and Marshall College. Her first job out of college was at Charlotte Latin School. She homeschooled her two children from kindergarten high school. She loves her husband, horses, hiking, hawks and healthy habitat!
