Join NCWF South Wake Conservationists Chapter for a bald eagle watch at the Jordan Lake Dam Tailrace Fishing Area. Jordan Lake is home to a large number of permanent resident eagle pairs, and in the winter the population grows to one of the largest on the East Coast with the arrival of migratory eagles. Although we cannot 100% guarantee a sighting, we are crossing our fingers! The wintering eagles are usually solo and immature eagles that are not yet sporting their white feathers. We hope to see you there!
