Belhaven Earth Day Spring Fling Cleanup

Celebrate Earth Day with NCWF’s Inner Banks Wildlife and the community of Belhaven on Friday, April 21st and Saturday, April 22nd!

On Friday, there will be a community cleanup from 9 AM – 12 PM meeting at Old City Hall. All cleanup supplies will be provided by the organizers.

At 6:30 PM on Friday evening, Bonnie Monteleone will offer her presentation, “If the Ocean Could Talk”, at the Spoon River restaurant.

Starting at 9 AM on Saturday, there will be a variety of demonstrations and exhibits from NCWF’s Inner Banks Wildlife chapter, Plastic Ocean Project, Secotan First Nation People, and more!

There will be an additional community cleanup from 7 AM – 11 AM on Saturday meeting at the Boys and Girls Club, followed by another presentation of “If the Ocean Could Talk” by Bonnie Monteleone at 11 AM.

The festivities will close out Saturday with an evening concert by Chandler James at 6 PM on Saturday.

All activities will be free and open to the public. No registration required.
