Lake Norman Christmas Tree Drop (Volunteers needed!)

LNWC is teaming up with the Lake Norman Shriners Children’s to drop recycled Christmas trees in designated spots on the Lake to enhance fish and other aquatic habitat. Volunteer opportunities are available. This workday is a one of LNWC’s most fulfilling and engaging workday opportunities of the year and it is critically important we have volunteers onsite to ensure that all the trees are properly anchored and dropped into the lake.

What to bring: Work gloves, boots, and warm clothes. LNWC will provide life jackets for everyone however feel free to bring your own if you prefer.
