Snakes of North Carolina

Join the Charlotte Wildlife Stewards chapter for a presentation exploring the important ecological roles that snakes play and highlighting key differences between venomous and non-venomous snakes. You will even have a chance to meet some of our scaly neighbors if you attend in person! The family-friendly program will be presented by Dr. Shem Unger, Biology Professor at Wingate University, and Shannon Unger, M.S., M.A., Environmental Education Supervisor at Cabarrus County Active Living and Parks.
