Join the chapter and biologist Carson Wood for a presentation on the federally endangered red-cockaded woodpeckers of NC.
Carson Wood is a biologist and a specialist on threatened and endangered species of the Southeast and a USGS certified bird bander. With over ten years of experience working in the natural resource field in both public and private sectors he currently serves as a Natural Resource Manager for Coastal Carolina Resource Group, advising clients on stormwater management to safeguard our coastal aquatic resources. Carson has been working with red-cockaded woodpeckers since 2003.
