Wildflower Meadow Planting and Tour

Looking for an opportunity to help create and preserve pollinator habitat while networking with friends and colleagues alike? Come out for a fun morning of native wildflower planting with the Charlotte Wildlife Stewards chapter at the brand new Eastway Regional Recreation Center. Located just east of Uptown, Eastway is the first ever regional recreation center and the first of its kind to include Nature in its building and landscape design. We are looking for some hardworking volunteers to help get our wildflower meadow established. A tour of the facility and nature space as well as light refreshments will be provided.
