Building Pollinator Habitats w/ ecoEXPLORE (Columbia)
March 11, 2025 @ 3:30 pm - 4:30 pm
Join NCWF, Pocosin Lakes NWR, and Tyrrell County Library as we explore the art of building pollinator habitat in preparation for springtime! Families will gain helpful knowledge for creating pollinator habitat within their properties and community through a fun ecoEXPLORE activity. This badge season is dedicated to all things botany, with a special field focus on pollinators, so come out to learn more about how your family can protect pollinators through this community science initiative!
ecoEXPLORE is a community science program, created by the North Carolina Arboretum, where children of all ages are able to learn how to identify wildlife around them, help real scientists track wildlife activity, and earn fun badges and prizes all at the same time!
