Do you know what to do if an injured hawk or owl is in your yard or on the side of the road? Join HAWK and Carolina Raptor Center volunteers to learn what to do (and what not to do) when you discover these injured animals.

Maggie Stein and Mark Hughes will discuss the most common reasons for raptor rescues, some unusual ones, and what we can do to prevent them. They will also share what to do if you find an injured raptor. We will also follow the story of one raptor, from rehabilitation to release, in the Carolina Raptor Center video “A Rehab Success Story” produced by Hall Productions.
