Lake James Annual Cleanup (Nebo)
March 15, 2025 @ 8:30 am - 1:00 pm
Volunteers are needed to help remove trash & debris from the lake and surrounding roads. Safety vest, grabbers, trash bags & gloves will be provided. Please dress warmly & wear boots or appropriate shoes (no sandals!).
We will meet at Canal Bridge Boat Ramp at 8:30 am for group assignments. Groups will be picking up trash by boats on the shoreline and islands, and walking along N. Powerhouse Rd., Benfield Landing Rd & Hwy 126. Area High School students will be participating for Community Service letters. Lunch will be provided at Canal Bridge Boat Ramp beginning at 1 pm.
