NCWF Union County Wildlife Chapter will host Lenny Lampel, Natural Resources Coordinator for Mecklenburg County Parks and Recreation, for an outdoor learning experience on moths of North Carolina. In this hands-on evening program, we will set up lights and sheets to attract, observe, and identify the diverse moth populations at the Union County Agricultural Center. Moths are important pollinators and a critical food source for our breeding songbirds and other wildlife! You won’t want to miss this fun, family-friendly event!
