Reedy Creek Nature Center maintains a Native Plant Seed Library, providing free native plant seeds to visitors and community members. They use seeds gathered from their own Native Plant Garden as well as seeds from native plants in the area donated by visitors. During this event attendees will help clean, package, and label seeds, so they will be ready for visitors to take home and sow when the Seed Library reopens in the fall.
After the seed prep session, attendees will enjoy a relaxed, guided tour of the garden. This is a chance to see the native plants in their element, ask questions, and get inspired for your own gardening adventures.
