Join NCWF Wildlife Habitat Stewards of Northeastern NC Chapter for an afternoon of planting native wetland plants at Pembroke Creek Park in Edenton! This location is a beloved community hub for recreation and it is also home to a diverse variety of plant and animal species that call Pembroke Creek home. Volunteers of all ages are invited to help plant hundreds of native wetland plants that will help stabilize the creek’s wetland habitat and provide valuable food and shelter resources for wildlife.
All supplies will be provided! Parking and restrooms are available.
