Did you know forest fires aren’t all bad? In fact, fire plays an important role in maintaining a healthy forest ecosystem. Join us and bring a friend as we learn about the role fire plays in the forest, from reducing wildfire risks to promoting biodiversity. Our local NC Forest Service rangers will cover both the good and bad sides of fire and how/when to know the difference.
