Join NCWF South Wake Conservationists Chapter for some community science work involving native ephemeral flowers! For the first time, the Walnut Creek Wetland Center will be completing an ephemeral plant survey. Participants will explore the various native ephemeral plants in the park and compile their findings for the center. Since these flowers only emerge for a short window (just as the temperature begins to warm and before the tree leaves arrive), it’s easy to miss them. Come see these beautiful, short-lived flowers and help us log community science observations!
