Join NCWF High Country Wild alongside New River Conservancy, New River State Park, and Keep Ashe Beautiful for a creek cleanup. We will also take time to install tree guards for our newly planted trees at the base of Mount Jefferson. Cleanup supplies will be provided but please dress to get dirty and bring plenty of water as well as a light lunch. Please bring your own set of waders if you have them and wear layers with warm head gear.

Meet at Naked Creek (36.41025860243167, -81.43414598264684) across from the Highlander Motel (891 NC-16 Jefferson, NC 28640) at 10:00 am. Signs will be set up along the highway directing folks to the entrance.
