Join NCWF and Pocosin Lakes National Wildlife Refuge for a special opportunity to view moths and other insects during our ecoEXPLORE Moth Night at the refuge visitor center in Columbia! All ages are invited to participate in this fun community science opportunity where we’ll be uploading our observations to iNaturalist for scientists and researchers to review. Because the refuge is an ecoEXPLORE HotSpot, participating families will receive bonus points on their moth and other insect observations. Not signed up with ecoEXPLORE? Not a problem! Everyone is welcome to come out and marvel at the diversity of insects the night has to offer.
