Trees Are Being Planted in Your Neighborhood!

Trees Planted by Volunteers

A total of 95 trees will be planted—providing shade, reducing ambient heat, creating wildlife habitat, and enhancing access to green spaces for leisure and recreation.

Permanent educational signage will also be installed at all three planting sites.

You’re invited to take part! Join us for a community meeting to share your input and volunteer to help plant trees this spring.

Tree planting sites are 1712 West Trade Street and the intersection of Frazier Avenue & West Fifth Street.
