Join NCWF Swannanoa Valley Wild for a Bioblitz along Flat Creek in Montreat. We’ll work together to identify plants, amphibians, reptiles, mammals, birds, and all things WILD. Bioblitzes are a great way to connect to the environment while generating useful data for science and conservation.

This effort is a part of the “Flat Creek 2040” project working to foster awareness, understanding, and engagement with Flat Creek and its watershed on the part of researchers, community members, officials, and educators. We do this by promoting partnerships, networking, study, outreach, and planning that contribute to continued high quality waters, habitats, and their ecosystem services.
