Join NCWF South Wake Conservationists Chapter and ReWild NC for an invasive removal along Mingo Creek Trail in Knightdale! Volunteers will help remove privet from the floodplain along the creek. Continuing the invasive removal work along this trail helps improve access to Mingo Creek for all non-human creatures living nearby and makes it easier for humans to enjoy the woods along the trail as well (rather than simply facing a wall of privet). The project will be led by Steven Feurstein the founder of ReWild NC. This is both an educational and joyful experience to partner to remove invasive plants!
